Conwy Crane(Click on title to enlarge)Michael Crawshaw This old railway crane is near Porth y Felin, one of the original gateways in Conwy’s town walls. It makes for some interesting photos. This one was taken in the rain, which enhances the photo’s atmosphere and the textures on the old metal. ≡ Category: Michael Crawshaw, Conwy |
Reflecting Pool(Click on title to enlarge)Michael Crawshaw Lots of people take photos of Conwy Castle in all its glory, but I liked this viewpoint because it tells a different story. The wealth and grandeur represented by the castle and its reflection contrast with the derelict garage buildings. When I showed this at the camera club, there was a suggestion that one of the four swans should be removed digitally, as odd numbers are usually stronger than even. ≡ Category: Michael Crawshaw, Conwy |
