It was mid afternoon and the light areas are a little burnt out. However, had I waited longer, I might’ve lost this particular light and shadow interplay.

I photographed this part of an old boat while walking around Conwy. I love wrecks – they provide such variety of texture and colour. I used craquelere in Photoshop to enhance the cracked, peeling effect.
