Frosty Morning On The Orme

I do like my landscapes to evoke a sense of time and place. This was taken on the Great Orme on Boxing Day. The limestone pavement, which is an amazing geographical feature, is shown in the foreground. The local style of stone-walling separates it from the pasture, and the long shadows of the sheep indicate how low in the sky the sun is at this season.
